Yin Yang & Platform Converse

My platform converse arrived today and I am in love! I wasn't sure at first but they're so comfy and cool and I just lovelovelove them.

I also received my welcome pack for my new job which included a Wispa bar, a customised Unruly Moleskine notebook and an Angry Birds toy! Pretty cool.

On top of this, Las Iguanas opened down the road so we went down for cocktails and food despite my disgusting hungover state, AND I managed to track down each of the new Benefit freebies from Glamour mag which I'm pretty pleased with.

Not a very imaginative outfit since I'm hungover and boring but I had to get the new shoes in there! Mixed reviews from the Kingston locals. Many strange looks, but one man felt compelled to come and talk to me about them whilst I was enjoying a Mojito.

Check out Adam's cool new desert boots! Definitely jealous.
This weekend should be pretty good fun. Tomorrow evening my friends are having a house party, Sunday I'm off to the Battersea Park jubilee party with my mum and some friends, Monday is the Banquet Records Big Day Out festival followed by Hippodrome after party and Tuesday, I will die.

I'll be sure to blog about all my fun once I've recovered!

Yin Yang Leggings

These arrived this morning so I obviously had to do an outfit post before heading off to Putney for the day to waste more time and money shopping, no doubt.

Feeling pretty uninspired today and couldn't be bothered to rummage through my wardrobe properly, but I've never worn this top despite buying it a few months back so thought I'd give it ago.

Also, a quick rant... This necklace arrived from Hong Kong this morning and literally fell apart in my hands. Luckily it only cost £1.40 but it was supposed to have 5 other chains attached and be much longer. I've improvised by tying the chain since the hook and eye fell off. Complaints have been made!
